Here we are in Roscoe Bay, along with a few other boats. Tamarisk is the boat all the way to the left in this picture (note a piece of my oar in the foreground which I didn't notice as I took the picture from my dinghy). Roscoe Bay is a small bay with a narrow entrance that dries at zero tide. One must pick carefully the time you go in and out. fortunately we had tides that allowed us to get in with about 5 feet of water to spare in mid afternoon last Thursday and Friday, so we decided to stay for two nights, leaving Saturday. Vancouver mainland can be seen through the opening gap.
